Board Priorities

Quality of Care                                                                            We need to make sure that we continue to deliver the very highest standards of care and treatment to all those who use our services.

Funding                                                                                      We need to ensure that the appropriate funding is in place to that we can continue to deliver high quality services on a secure basis.

Staffing                                                                                      We need to ensure that staff and volunteers are fully valued for the essential contribution they make, are treated fairly and have the appropriate training and development opportunities.

Planning                                                                                      In a fast changing world, we need to plan ahead, making sure that external and internal challenges are met effectively so that we can continue to offer and develop our services for local people from all our communities.

Reputation                                                                                 We need to promote the work of the Hospice amongst all sectors of the community, constantly seeking to enhance the reputation of St Michael's and St Augustine's.
