Convenience

We will always seek to provide services at times convenient for you.
We will co-ordinate our work with other staff who may also be working with you, for example district nurses.
Times of visits will be agreed with you in advance. If we are unavoidably delayed, we will contact you and agree a revised time of arrival.
If you require personal care, morning visits will be agreed if requested.
If you require psychological support, visiting times can vary by mutual agreement.
If you have medication administered by syringe driver, you will be visited on time every 24 hours.
