We bring the specialist skills of Hospice staff into your home, providing practical hands-on nursing care and access to telephone advice 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  These services are provided free of charge.

Whether it is the simple reassurance that a qualified caring nurse will be on the end of a telephone in the early hours of the morning, or the regular, friendly knock on the door when nurses visit, Hospice at Home supports patients and their families to remain together.  Home visits are discreet and always at pre-arranged times to suit individual needs.
